great location but missed details in room comfort

The location near the train station is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The room was very clean and bright, with ample space to relax. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like tea and coffee making facilities for a cozy touch. The staff during breakfast provided attentive service, especially when making fresh eggs on request, which was a delightful surprise.

The large, modern room offered stunning views of the city, with bright natural light streaming in through spacious windows. The breakfast staff went above and beyond for service, preparing special requests with care and making the morning feel cozy. finding the entrance was tricky, tucked inside a shopping center, and the slow elevators added to some frustration during peak hours. some maintenance issues affected the overall comfort, as temperature controls in the room were not responsive enough.

Found the hotel’s entrance somewhat puzzling, tucked away inside a bustling mall, leading to initial confusion. Nevertheless, the hotel had wonderfully spacious and modern accommodations. The high-speed Wi-Fi was a definite plus, but I wish the elevators weren’t so slow.

i really loved my stay at crowne plaza utrecht! the room was super clean, spacious and comfy. the staff were very nice and professional, especially during breakfast. the location is perfect since ur close to everything! and they made eggs for breakfast by request, which was amzin!

the only thing was that the entrance was a bit confusing in the mall and the blinds in my room didn’t block out enough sun, woke me up early. overall still a great stay tho!

the coffee machine in the room was a delight. room service took too long.
